A certified European car seat technician will assist you with the correct installation of your car seat as well as teach you everything you need to know to install the car seat correctly in all modes and show you the correct way to use the car seat so your baby/child is as safe as possible.
Ideally this service should be in-person (Edenvale or Pretoria) however, if you would prefer a virtual consultation, we are happy to accommodate you.
How does it work?
1 – You purchase the consultation and pay via one of our easy payment options.
2 – Once you have paid, you will receive a link questionnaire within 24 hours, where you will be required to answer a series of questions. This is so we are able to assist you quickly and efficiently – that way we have all the information we need to give you the best service.
3 – One of our Certified Car Seat Technicians will contact you to organise a time and day that suits both of you.
Terms and Conditions :
You will be required to complete a waiver of liability. Should you choose not to sign the waiver, we reserve the right not to continue with the consultation. By submitting your booking, you acknowledge the information you provide in the link questionnaire is correct and you understand that we will point out any safety issues visible in photos and/or videos, including but not limited to installation/use/poor fit errors etc.
