Whether you need a professional to help guide you on a new car seat purchase, or you are worried you’re not doing something correctly after you read something on a mommy blog and or your child just won’t stop crying in the car seat, we are here to help you and guide you regardless of your lifestyle, budget or vehicle, so you can continue your car seat journey with confidence.
How does it work?
1 – You purchase the consultation and pay via one of our easy payment options.
2 – Once you have paid, you will receive a link questionnaire within 24 hours, where you will be required to answer a series of questions. This is so we are able to assist you quickly and efficiently – that way we have all the information we need to give you the answers you need with minimal fuss. If necessary, we may ask you additional questions during the Comprehensive WhatsApp Consultation.
3 – One of our Certified Car Seat Technicians will WhatsApp you to begin the consultation. Please have any photos and/or videos that relate to your question ready to help us make this consultation as seamless as possible. If necessary, we may ask for (more) photos and/or videos at different angles.
4 – Please take note that we will address your question/s and also any and all issues visible in a photo/video that may compromise your child’s or other passenger’s safety. Please do not take this personally – pointing out safety issues is baby saving and NOT parent shaming.
Terms and Conditions:
You will be required to complete a waiver of liability. Should you choose not to sign the waiver, we reserve the right not to continue with the consultation. By submitting your booking, you acknowledge the information you provide in the link questionnaire is correct and you understand that we will point out any safety issues visible in photos or videos, including but not limited to installation/use/poor fit errors etc.
