The safety of my children is my number 1 priority. Therefore knowledge is key. I struggled with installing the car seat and securing my baby in a safe position, the franchise where I bought the car seat had demonstrated but to my surprise it was the incorrect way to install the car seat and faced the wrong way for her age and therefor, they put my child at risk without my knowing. There are many times as a mom that you feel insecure or judged because someone shows you a better (or safer) way in which to protect your child. René, non-judgementally, explained and showed me what could go wrong with how I (wrongly) installed our infant car seat, how we could and should improve on its installation and use to provide optimal safety and showed me that my daughter had already outgrown her infant car seat in height, though she was still well within the weight limit. She then helped install the multi-stage car seat in toddler mode, walking me through it step-by-step, explaining as far as she went what the safety measures were and answering any questions I had. She is knowledgeable and kind, and I would highly recommend her to help install your car seat.
